Terms of Service


SA Party Rental LLC

Effective Date: December 22, 2025


Welcome to SA Party Rental LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our party rental services and equipment. By booking or renting equipment from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


IMPORTANT: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By submitting a rental reservation, making a payment, or using our equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements


You must be at least 18 years of age to rent equipment from SA Party Rental LLC. By making a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. All rentals must be made by, and supervised by, adults aged 18 or older.


3. Equipment Rental and Availability


SA Party Rental LLC offers party rental equipment including, but not limited to:

  • 360 Photo Booth

  • iPad Photo Booth

  • Silent Disco Headsets and Transmitters

  • PA System with Microphones

  • Outdoor Movie Kit (Inflatable Movie Screen and Projector)

All equipment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute comparable equipment if the originally requested item becomes unavailable.


4. Rental Periods


Rental periods vary by equipment type:

  • 360 Photo Booth: Four (4) hours. Additional hourly charges apply beyond the initial four-hour period.

  • iPad Photo Booth: Overnight rental. Equipment must be returned or pickup arranged within 30 hours.

  • PA System: Overnight rental. Equipment must be returned or pickup arranged within 30 hours.

  • Outdoor Movie Kit: Overnight rental. Equipment must be returned or pickup arranged within 30 hours.

  • Silent Disco: Forty-eight (48) hours. Equipment must be returned within 48 hours of pickup.

Late returns may result in additional charges. Customers are responsible for arranging timely return or pickup of all equipment.


5. Deposits and Payment Terms


5.1 360 Photo Booth

  • A $500 deposit is required one month prior to the event date.

  • If booking occurs less than one month before the event, the $500 deposit is due at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is due no later than 24 hours before the event.


5.2 All Other Equipment

Full payment is required at the earlier of:

  • Forty-eight (48) hours before the event, or

  • At the time of booking.


5.3 Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.



5.4 Non-Payment

Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of any deposits paid. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or release of equipment if payment obligations are not met.


6. Cancellation and Refund Policy


6.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • 24 or More Hours Before Event: Full refund.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Before Event: Fifty percent (50%) refund.


6.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

Customers are entitled to a full refund if inclement weather prevents safe delivery or setup of equipment. Determination of unsafe conditions will be made at our sole discretion, prioritizing staff and equipment safety.


6.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel due to equipment malfunction, unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.


6.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.


7. Customer Responsibilities


7.1 Adult Supervision

All equipment must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older) during use.


7.2 Equipment Care

Customers agree to use equipment only for its intended purpose, follow all instructions and safety guidelines, keep equipment clean, protect it from damage or theft, refrain from tampering or modification, and return it in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.


7.3 Event Location Requirements

The event location must provide adequate space, necessary power access (if applicable), accessibility for delivery and pickup, and a safe environment for the rented equipment.


7.4 Prohibited Uses

Equipment may not be used unlawfully, recklessly, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or to create illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.


8. Damage Waiver and Liability

By renting equipment from SA Party Rental LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


8.1 Customer Liability

You accept full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.


8.2 Damage Assessment

SA Party Rental LLC has sole discretion to determine whether damage is excessive and whether repair or replacement is required. Such determination is final and binding.


8.3 Damage Fee Schedule

  • iPad Photo Booth: Actual damages up to $1,000

  • 360 Photo Booth: Actual damages up to $3,000

  • Silent Disco Headset: $30 per headset

  • Silent Disco Transmitter: $100 per transmitter

  • PA System: Actual damages up to $2,000

  • Microphone: $100 per microphone

  • Inflatable Movie Screen: $1,000

  • Projector: $800

  • Other Items: Replacement cost plus downtime expenses


8.4 Additional Costs

Customers may also be responsible for lost revenue, shipping or transportation, and administrative fees.


8.5 Inspection

We reserve the right to inspect equipment before and after rental. Customers should report pre-existing damage immediately.


8.6 Payment of Damage Fees

Damage fees are due immediately and may be charged to the payment method on file. Failure to pay may result in collection actions or legal proceedings.


9. Limitation of Liability

SA Party Rental LLC is not liable for equipment malfunctions beyond partial refunds or credits at our discretion. We are not responsible for personal injury or property damage arising from equipment use. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.


10. Insurance

Insurance is not required but is strongly recommended. We do not verify customer insurance coverage.


11. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery, setup, and breakdown services may be available and will be communicated at booking. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and timely pickup and return where applicable.


12. Intellectual Property

Content created using our equipment belongs to the customer or participants. SA Party Rental LLC may use images or videos of equipment in use for marketing unless the customer objects in writing.


13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.


14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.


16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between SA Party Rental LLC and the customer.


17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Texas law. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

By booking equipment or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, including the Damage Waiver and Liability provisions.
